Service Description

China Medi-Care provides medical tourism facilitation services connecting patients in Bangladesh with cancer treatment facilities in Guangzhou, China. We are a facilitation and coordination service and are not a healthcare provider.

Scope of Services

Our services include preliminary medical report evaluation, doctor consultation coordination, visa and travel assistance, hospital admission coordination, translation services, and on-ground support during treatment. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical information, maintaining valid travel documents, complying with hospital policies, and making informed decisions about their treatment options in consultation with their physicians.

Liability Limitations

China Medi-Care acts as a facilitator and is not liable for medical outcomes, treatment complications, or decisions made by healthcare providers.

Payments and Refunds

Service fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated before any commitments. Treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital.
